Legal
These terms govern access to Arden, including AI agents, website audits, content generation, workspace collaboration, subscriptions, and integrations.
Effective date: May 5, 2026
Use Arden lawfully and review AI outputs before publishing.
You own your inputs, brand materials, and generated outputs.
Customer data is not used for foundation model training.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs in your workspace.
You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it current.
Workspace administrators are responsible for managing member access, connected websites, integrations, and generated content approval workflows.
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Usage limits, AI credits, and feature access are determined by the plan shown at purchase or in your billing settings.
Credits may be consumed by audits, crawls, AI generation, monitoring, research, and automation actions. Arden may prevent additional usage when credit limits are reached.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly described in the active plan terms.
You retain ownership of websites, prompts, brand guidelines, uploaded files, campaign data, and generated outputs created through Arden.
You grant Arden the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and support customer content for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your brand without human review.
Arden does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, virality, platform acceptance, or search engine placement.
Customer content, prompts, private strategy, generated outputs, and integration data are not used to train or fine-tune foundation models.
You may not use Arden to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, send spam, scrape platforms in violation of their terms, impersonate others, or generate deceptive content.
You may not probe, scan, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with Arden infrastructure or other customers' workspaces.
Arden may suspend access or disable automations when activity creates security, legal, platform-abuse, or operational risk.
Connected services such as websites, payment providers, analytics tools, AI providers, social platforms, search APIs, and community platforms are governed by their own terms.
You authorize Arden to access connected third-party services only as configured by your workspace and only for service-related purposes.
Third-party availability, API limits, and policy changes may affect Arden features.
Arden's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy, including commitments around no model training on customer data, retention, deletion, cookies, and privacy rights.
You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before uploading personal data, connecting third-party services, or using Arden to monitor public or private channels.
You may cancel paid subscriptions through billing settings or support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically delete workspace data.
Arden may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or fail to pay required fees.
After termination, Arden may retain limited records as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, backup, and security obligations.
Arden is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Arden disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Arden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Arden may update these terms as the product, law, and operational requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the product, email, or this page.
