Effective date: May 5, 2026
You own your content and outputs.
Customer data is not used for model training.
Deletion and export requests are supported.
Account data such as your name, email address, workspace membership, plan, billing status, and support requests.
Product data you choose to provide, including websites, keywords, brand guidelines, campaign settings, uploaded content, generated drafts, community research targets, and integration configuration.
Operational data such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, log events, security events, cookie preferences, and product usage telemetry.
Payment data is processed by our payment provider. Arden does not store full payment card numbers.
We use your data to provide Arden, run AI marketing agents, verify websites, generate content, monitor configured channels, process billing, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve reliability.
We may use aggregated or de-identified operational metrics to understand product performance, capacity, and feature adoption, but those metrics are not used to identify your business strategy or customer lists.
Arden does not use customer content, prompts, generated drafts, website data, private research targets, or integration data to train, fine-tune, or improve foundation models.
When Arden sends data to AI subprocessors to complete an action you requested, the request is limited to the task context needed for that action and is governed by contractual restrictions for confidentiality and data handling.
You retain ownership of your websites, prompts, brand materials, campaign strategy, generated drafts, exports, and uploaded content.
Arden receives only the rights needed to operate the service, secure the platform, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Arden uses encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, scoped workspace permissions, and security monitoring to protect customer data.
Secrets and integration credentials are intended to be stored using encrypted infrastructure controls and limited to the minimum service access required.
Arden uses essential cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and session continuity.
We use product analytics to understand usage and improve reliability. Where required, optional analytics are controlled through the cookie consent banner.
We keep account and product data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support backups.
You can request export or deletion of your account and workspace data. Deletion requests are processed subject to security, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal retention requirements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data.
California residents may request access, deletion, correction, portability, and information about categories of personal information collected or disclosed. Arden does not sell personal information.
Arden may process data in the United States and other regions where we or our subprocessors operate.
For customers that require regional data residency, Arden intends to support region-specific processing options as part of enterprise deployment planning.
To make a privacy request, contact Arden support from your account or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and workspace authority before fulfilling a request.
This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service.
